This program helped Global Partners colleges bring visitors from Central Europe or Russia to their campuses. It has been one of the quickest and most effective ways to internationalize a campus, by engaging faculty and students with a scholar or artist from the former Soviet bloc. Such guests made an important contribution on your campus, by giving lectures, teaching short courses, or presenting musical or dramatic performances.
